长尾式交锁髓内钉研制和应用
【摘要】目的:通过改进临床上原有交锁髓内的结构,提高其使用的稳定性,提高手术质量。方法: 总体上不改变原有交锁髓内的运用原理,仅对其结构稍做改进,加长交锁髓远端钉孔以远的钉体长度,使其长度由原来的2cm增加到3cm以上,在操作过程中这部分加长的钉体击入干骺端,以增加骨折处的稳定性,这样在上锁钉时就不至于锁偏,提高手术成功率。结果:通过交锁髓内钉尾端加长,手术操作过程中骨折端稳定性增加,两侧骨孔与中间钉孔所构成三点一线的稳定性提高,保证手术时拧进去的横向锁钉能准确锁中钉孔,从而交锁钉能交锁成功,保证手术的成功率,因术中瞄准准确,使用C臂式X光机的时间大大缩短,能大大减少术中X线放射给医生带来的人体伤害。提高了医疗质量。结论:“长尾式交锁髓内钉”结构合理,操作方便、能大大提高手术效率,经实验证实,效果满意。

The Research and Application of Interlocked
Intramedullary Nailing with Long Tail
Abstract: The objective is to improve original intramedullary structure clinically so as to improve its stability for utilization and to improve the operation quality. Methods: maintain the original intramedullary application principle, with slight alteration that increases 2 to 3 cm of the nailing length over intramedullary nail hole. During the operation, the elongated nail will be hit into the metaphysic to enhance the stability of the fracture, to avoid deviation when mounting nails so as to increase successful operation rate. Result: elongating the intramedullary nail enhances the stability at fractures during operation and the stability of the structure formed by the bone porosity at both sides and the middle nail hole, thus ensures that the transverse locking nails screwed in the operation could lock in the holes, so as to realize a successful interlock and to ensure the success rate of the operation. Because of sound accuracy and the time limit of C-arm X-ray system, this operation reduced the physical injury to doctors from X-ray and improved the medical quality. Conclusion: This interlocked intramedullary nailing enjoys rational structure and convenient operation. It could increase the operation effiency. Our experiment proved that its result was satisfactory.
